Echo-Health.ai allows you to generate Word documents directly from your saved document templates. After creating a template with your desired structure and prompt, you can easily convert it into a Word file by selecting the Word icon from the template list. This provides a flexible, shareable format ideal for external communication, referrals, or documentation outside the patient record.

Steps to create a Word document from your template:

  1. Create a Template
    Navigate to the Document Template Settings section and select Create New Template. You can define the structure, style, and tone of your document. Add headings and a custom prompt to shape the content generated by Echo-Health.ai.

  2. Save and Finalise
    Once you're happy with the template setup, click Update Document to save it.

  3. Go to List of Templates
    From Document Template Settings, click List of Existing Templates. This displays your saved templates.

  4. Generate a Word Document
    Locate your template and click the Word icon. Echo-Health.ai will instantly generate a Word document version of your selected template. This is useful for sharing, printing, or uploading into other systems.
