⚙️ How It Works
Echo-Health.ai considers three key factors when generating billing suggestions:
-
Country-specific billing rules (e.g. MBS for Australia)
-
Specialty of the healthcare provider
-
Length of the consultation
The AI reviews the content of the consultation to determine a suggested billing code. However, all suggestions are validated against the current MBS database. If no match is found, no billing code is recommended.
This means that only codes that are valid under the current Medicare Benefits Schedule (MBS) will be recommended. If the AI suggests a code that does not exist in the current MBS, it will be excluded from the recommendations. when generating billing suggestions:

🔐 Compliance and Clinical Integrity
Echo-Health.ai only recommends codes based on the actual content of the consultation.
Clinicians remain fully responsible for reviewing, approving, or editing any codes before submission.
