How do I sign-up for Echo-Health?

Setting up your Echo-Health.ai account takes just a few minutes. This step-by-step guide is designed to walk you through the process, whether you're a clinician trialling the service or an administrator onboarding your practice.

📝 How to Sign Up to Echo-Health.ai

Step 1: Visit the Sign-Up Page

Go to https://app.echo-health.ai and click "Start Free Trial".

You’ll see an offer for a 14-day free trial. After this period, the Core subscription is billed at $2,200 NZD per year (pricing may vary by region).

Step 2: Create Your Profile

Enter your basic details:

  • Title, First Name, Last Name

  • Choose your Country (Australia or New Zealand)

This determines your default currency and SMS routing.

Step 3: Select Your Clinical Settings

You'll be asked to customise your preferences:

  • Speciality (e.g. General Practice, Psychiatry)

  • Note Style (e.g. SOAP, SO)

  • Writing Style (e.g. Concise, Narrative)

  • Tone (e.g. Formal, Empathetic)

  • Structure (e.g. Structured, Standard)

These settings will pre-fill when generating clinical notes or patient summaries.

Step 4: Add Your Organisation

Search and select your clinic or practice. It compulsory to find your organisation if your country in New Zealand. If it doesn’t appear, you can enter the organisation name and address manually.

Step 5: Integrate Your PMS (Optional)

If your clinic uses Medtech (NZ only), you’ll be prompted to enable an integration using the ALEX® platform. A consent form will appear outlining:

  • Purpose: AI medical scribe functionality

  • Data Access: Only pulled at time-of-need

  • Compliance: Echo-Health.ai adheres to Medtech’s Code of Conduct

Agree to the terms to proceed.

Step 6: Confirm Subscription and Start Trial

Complete the Stripe checkout form:

  • Business Name

  • GST details (optional)

  • Billing Address

Click Start Trial to activate your 14-day free access.

You can cancel anytime during the trial. No charges will apply unless you continue beyond the 30 days.

🔐 Your Account Is Ready

Once your setup is complete, you’ll be redirected to the Echo-Health.ai dashboard, where you can:

  • Start a consultation

  • Access templates

  • View patient summaries

  • Update system and organisation preferences
