How do I use the Template Section

From the top navigation menu, click Templates.

This opens the Template Library, where you can:

Templates vary by clinical context and user role. Common options include:

SOAP Templates (e.g. Chronic disease review, Back pain, Asthma)
Mental Health Review Templates (e.g. Psychology initial, MHCP review)
GP Consultation Summary (e.g. Diabetes check, Pre-op clearance)
Specialty Referral Templates (e.g. Endocrinology, Cardiology, Mental Health)

Each template is designed to ensure consistency across clinicians while reducing duplication.

Choose Note Type: Use the dropdown menu to select your preferred format (e.g. SOAP, GP Summary).
Select a Template: Pick a template relevant to the consult (e.g. “Type 2 Diabetes Review”).
Review Prefilled Fields:
- Clinical sections (e.g. “History”, “Plan”) will contain suggested text
- Patient-specific values (e.g. medications, vitals) may auto-populate from the Patient Context
Tick What You Want to Use: Use checkboxes to include or exclude sections before inserting.
Edit as Needed: Once loaded into your session, you can edit any part of the content.
