When to Use a Prompt
Use a prompt when you:

Want to include specific sections or phrasing not covered by standard note formats

Are working across disciplines or cases with unique structures

Prefer to reuse your own language or format across clients
🔹 Steps to Create a New Prompt

Click on “Ask AI”
From the main interface, press theAsk AI
button in the top right. -
Draft Your Prompt
In the large input box, write the instructions you want the AI to follow. You can use shorthand, bullet points, or narrative guidance.
Example:vbnetCopyEditSummarise this transcript in a SOAP note structure. Focus on key symptoms, medications, and next steps. Use nursing language.

Click “Create New Prompt”
A popup box will appear where you can:-
Edit your instructions (if needed)

Name your prompt (e.g. “Initial Psychology”, “Paeds SOAP”, “Nursing Follow-Up”)

Click “+ Add Prompt”
Once saved, your custom prompt will appear in the dropdown list under the “Ask AI” section for easy reuse.
