Navigating the Echo-Health.ai Interface

Echo-Health.ai is designed to feel familiar from your first login. Everything you need to manage a consultation — from recording to sending patient reminders — is accessible in just a few clicks.

🔹 Top Navigation Bar

  • File Number: Automatically generated ID for each consultation.
  • Start Listening: Begin recording a new session.
  • Next Patient: Clears the current screen and prepares a fresh workspace.

🔹 Patient Tab

 

This is your consultation summary and patient-facing view.

  • Patient Insight Box:
    • Health Literacy (e.g. Average)
    • Sentiment and Emotion (e.g. Neutral)
      These values help tailor communication to each patient's needs.
  • Summary Field:
    A plain-language summary is auto-generated from the transcript.
  • To Do List:
    A clear action plan, date-stamped and editable.
  • SMS Panel (right-hand side):
    • Shows available SMS credits.
    • Click "Send SMS" to preview and confirm the message to the patient.
    • Messages include date, summary, and actionable tasks.

🔹 Notes Tab

Clinical documentation built for fast copying and secure storage.

  • Note Type Selector: Choose from SOAP, Mental Health Notes, or Progress Notes.
  • Structured Fields: Auto-populated from the transcript. You can edit as needed.
  • Copy Notes: One-click copy to paste into your PMS or discharge summary.

Examples:

  • SOAP: Subjective, Objective, Assessment, Plan.
  • Progress Notes: Daily Update, Interventions, Outcomes.
  • GP Summary: Complaints, History, Medications, Investigations, Plan.

🔹 Templates Tab

Templates help you save time and maintain consistency across common consult types.

  • Template Selector:
    Choose a relevant template (e.g. GP Summary, Pre-Op Review, Mental Health Plan).
  • Pre-Filled Fields:
    Each template pre-populates standard fields like Presenting Complaint, History, Plan, etc.
  • Checkbox Control:
    You decide what to include by ticking checkboxes for each field.
  • Customise as You Go:
    You can make edits after applying a template — it’s flexible, not fixed.

Note: You can build your own templates in the future to suit specific workflows.

🔹 Ask AI Tab

Use Echo-Scribe Assistant to generate letters, forms, and patient instructions.

Examples:

  • Write a sick note
  • Generate a letter to a GP or Specialist
  • Create a follow-up instruction

AI responses can be reviewed and copied directly to your clipboard. Always check for accuracy before sharing.

🔹 Sidebar (Left Menu)

  • Home: Returns to your Dashboard.
  • Consultations: Access past sessions.
  • Settings: Update your profile, including signature and SMS defaults.
  • Help: Access FAQs and contact support.
