✅ 1. Are you logged in as an Admin?

Word export only works for users with clinician access.
If you're logged in using an Admin account, the download option will not be available.

What to do:

  • Log out and sign back in using a clinician login

  • Try the export again from the Templates page


✅ 2. Is your browser blocking the download?

Your browser may be stopping the file from being downloaded.

What to check:

  • Are pop-ups blocked? Enable pop-ups for echo-health.ai

  • Try switching to a supported browser like Chrome or Microsoft Edge

  • Avoid Safari or older versions of Internet Explorer


✅ 3. Is the template formatted correctly?

Word exports only work with templates built in the Echo-Health Document Generator and using the correct placeholders (e.g. , ).

Check:

  • That you're using an approved template

  • All required fields (like diagnosis, plan, or summary) are filled in

  • Avoid custom formatting that may interfere with generation


✅ 4. Are you using the correct export steps?

To export:

  1. Go to your Templates list

  2. Click the Word icon next to the template

  3. The file should download automatically to your device

If nothing happens, try reloading the page or switching browsers.
